“阳了”的意思是“检测结果为阳性”，英语中可以说成“test positive”或者“get a positive PCR result”
PCR test指的就是nucleic acid test，核酸检测。
“你阳了吗？”用英文可以说成“Did you test positive? ”或者“Did you test positive for COVID?”
举个例子：
I tested positive for COVID last night.
